New Yuemyutu Style! You'll like it! Himmm

Sounds like a great idea, but I may be missing something. How is the article "%200" unique as you say when you're using an article straight from howstuffworks? Did I miss something somewhere?

I meant that audio file will be unique since it is not recorded somewhere else.

thats a nice idea.but from now howstuffwork will be like screwed whore.LOL

Once it gets used a million times you can just change up the article a little bit, lol.. maybe add some do it yourself music

You could use wiki? DIY ebooks (in parts of course) .. do they allow that? Have part 1-5 of an ebook

Hmm.. I wonder how long it takes to read the whole article and then correct it when you could find some articles and read them yourself if you get Dragon to go fast enough with your voice.

any good software which converts text directly to mp3 format?????
i have found some but voice quality is not good.

Nice idea. If AC pays upfront on audios, I'll try this out later.

Thanks.

From AC:

Can I get paid for my audio submissions?
All audio submissions are eligible for Performance Payments, but Upfront Payment is not offered.

I'll stick with outsourcing, I guess.

Just a quick idea on the recording bit.
If you put the volume up, you might still pick up background noise like doorbells, shouting etc.

Best thing to do is loop from the speaker output of your sound card to the line in input.
Does the same but will not pick up sound from outside.

:)

Yea, what fatboy said-- it's called audio routing if you want to google. I'm on a Mac so I use Jack, but I think Soundflower is also Win-compatible.

...but yeaaaaaa.... audio/video/image can only be display-only... meaning you can only get performance payments.......

So did you know that? ..or do you have a secret plan about driving traffic :o

What about taking videos and converting them to text. Is there a software that does that. it was mentioned in another thread, but i have just been transcribing them manually.

Has anyone had success with just copying a written article, like from HowStuffWorks, word for word?

For those of you with a Mac here is the program, Jack, that flow pointed out.

The only way I can find is using a program like MediaCoder to extract the audio portion from the video. It's free here: hxxp://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/download.htm and it will work with windows and some features work on Mac OSX. Use audio tab to select which type you want (mp3 or whatever for best quality) and then use video tab to de-select the video option.

Next step would be to use the speech recognition program like Dragon Naturally Speaking and record the audio portion of the video.

Never done it, but I hope that helps.

sounds like an interesting idea but as flow said they only do performance payments for audio. Not sure how many impressions are needed to get a payment or how much they'd pay though. Maybe if you uploaded enough you'd see some traffic. I wonder if there's a DB of audio files you could change into text format so that you could do the opposite and get upfront payments.

$1.50 isnt much money, even with lots of articles and lots of views on each article.
have you tested this method yuemyutu? and if so how much money have you made from it?
none the less, its very interesting. thanks for the post.
