Any time I see someone asking for YouTube advice I recommend checking out the "YouTube Playbook" which is a free guide to everything YouTube right from Google. The guide is also updated yearly so the info is never out of date.

Put your keywords in the annotations - also in your description break down your video based on times and put the times in the description specifically.
