If you're able to create unique contents to support all that Tags you can keep them on your website.
If you can't create so much contents don't try to spam in this way (all that pages will rank only if there isn't competition, but I doubt there isn't)
To be honest half of the tags are true but the half aren't. I will try to be more careful about it. How many tags should I enter the most?
You can even create 1M tags, the important thing is that any Tag needs to have relevant unique content (if you want to rank).

I ca advice to create 3 unique contents for every Tag, if you can't do it there is no reason to create that tag (you need tags to group contents, if you have zero content to group delete that tag).
You can create as much contents you want on a daily basis (1 or 10), but bofore your site has a well defined structure and first will start to rank
