New VPN/Proxy required

Hi All,

Looking for a new VPN or proxy. My sub for Cyberghost runs out in Dec and I haven't been impressed with it. It doesn't work on public wifi and I have raised this with them for them to do nothing.

Need a reliable VPN or proxy. Any suggestions welcome

There are many providers on the marketplace, you should take a look there.
 
You’ll find plenty of proxy options in the marketplace, but it really depends on your use case. What kind of proxies or setup are you looking for exactly?
 
If you're looking for public Wi-Fi reliability, go for VPN, just don't use public or free VPN. If for tasks like account management or scraping, go for residential or mobile proxies. You can find providers here: Proxies For Sale

You have a huge choice.
Choose something with reviews and that's not widely used if you need clean IP addresses.
 
The best way is to raise your VPN using Xray-Core. Just rent a VPS in the country you need for the VPN and install Xray (it's free).
There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube on how to do this.

For XrayCore, a VPS is sufficient:
- CPUx1 2.2+ ghz
- 1gm RAM
- 5-10gb ssd

The average price of such a VPS configuration is 2-5$ per month.
For this price, you get the full speed of a VPS internet connection for yourself and your family and friends.

This way, you get a full-fledged working VPN that you can control. One VPS with this configuration can simultaneously serve 20-30 devices that are connected at the same time.

p/s If you don't understand Linux and find it difficult to work with the command line, I can help you set up your own personal VPN for free.
It will take 10-15 minutes to install after purchasing a VPS.
 
Big brand VPNs = best pricing, worst IP reputation.
Proxies = the IP reputation is more of a selling point compared to VPNs -> you'll probably get better IPs out of it.

If you got blocked using a popular VPN on your target website chances are it'll happen again, try a decent static residential proxy.

i recently discovered for myself the stealthsurf vpn, works hella fine for me, it was created specially for bypassing locks from internet providers (especially if they block an access to using any vpns).

it's getting updated quite often to keep everything working, the support is also quick and friendly, and also there you can rent a private server for vpn and always have a clean ip what may be important for many people

May I ask, why do you say VPN or proxy?

They do very different things.

A VPN does F all to hide you, at best it will hide you broswing history from you ISP.

And proxy, well a proxy alone wont be of much use without fingerprint masking.

What is your goal?

Actually you dont need to pay for a vps, Oracle free tier offers 10 TB outbound traffic, so very ideal for a xray server
 
good shout on oracle free tier, that's genuinely underrated. for most personal use cases it handles the load fine. just make sure your vps location matches where you actually need the exit point to be, otherwise the latency kills the experience.

for VPNs specifically if detection is the concern, NordVPN's obfuscated servers or Mullvad tend to hold up better than most consumer options. cyberghost's weakness on public wifi is usually a dns leak issue on their end, not fixable from your side which is why changing provider is the right call.

Azure also gives you a free VPS for 12 months if you abuse GitHub student pack.
Oracle can fraud check you and nuke the instance randomly in some cases so don't rely on it alone.
