New user / Local SEO

Hello everyone, I've just signed up and came here to introduce myself. I have a vast experience in Local SEO and would like to share and learn new stuff. What makes me really happy is finding gaps in Google My Business/Google+ and Map Maker. : ) They are actually pretty much and I believe that nowadays black hat is the only way to benefit from Google My Business. Many things have changed in the last couple of years and white hat optimization has been pushed to the wall. You know... after all Adwords should sell. So what's the point wasting time and money by doing white hat optimization, only to find Google My Business doesn't make much sense?
Anyway, this post is getting a bit longer so I'll stop here. Please let me know if you need an advice or a job done, I would be glad to help.

Onizukafr, sergey007, I submit and optimize Google listings. I can also add custom categories, get you on 1st page of Google in about 30 days (no matter the competition), provide old listings, leads, etc.
