new tumblr account question

I started about 10 new accounts to try different themed blogs and when I like a post from my original account as a test, the "someone liked your post" notification doesn't show up on my original account's dashboard. Same for reblogs and follows. What are the requirements for getting your account to the point where these notifications exist for others? I tried giving the account 10 followers and the account is now 3 days old. In the past, new accounts didn't have that capability for the first day and then it was granted. What could the problem be? does anyone know the requirements?

I think tumblr may have changed something, because I've done this before without any problems. It's been about a month since I made any new accounts, so I don't see how it would be detected to stop me personally from having a fully functional account. I only made 3 accounts on the first day, and I've made up to 10 in a day before in the past without any problems.

If anyone had any new information on how they filter accounts so that I can try to meet those requirements that would be very helpful.

I did some testing and stuff, and I have some results for if anyone was curious about this. You need to have over a certain amount of posts on the blog, I try for at least 100. You need to be following at least 4 people, you sometimes have to go back into your email and click "verify account" twice instead of just once, and your account MAY need to be over a certain age, no more than a week if that requirement exists.

Mainly, just make sure you're following some blogs, you have some posts, and you've verified your account through the email address. you can also change your email address. After you've done this, when you like or reblog a post from someone, or follow them, they'll get a notification on their dashboard about it and they may check out your page.
