New Torrent Site

Hello everyone,

Like most of you I visit torrent sites and with many that go up and down, I figured I may as well start my own and am seeking your recommendation as experts on this subject.

What I'd like to achieve is:

1. Torrent site (Search Engine), no uploading allowed
2. Scrapes existing torrent sites for uploads

Are there any scripts available either on github, or for sale somewhere that can achieve this. I've seen some good options for trackers, but I'd rather not go there, and building those from nothing will be difficult.

I'm just basically wanting to ensure that I technically don't end up hosting any torrents or .torrent files, just hashes.

At the same time, torrent sites are fairly simple and straightforward, so I'm hoping a good solution already exists so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.

You sure you want to start a torrent website after all this drama with the founder of KickAssTorrents Artem Vaulin etc. ?

I get it, the way I see it, might as well do a feasibility study, figure out the options, then weigh it all at the end.
