I look for history of good reviews, somewhat aged account, start with small transactions to gauge quality and trust, marketplace thread with information that answers my needs, message the seller with questions, use gut feeling. I try to only gamble what I can afford to lose on a service. A few tips, that I hope helps you, good luck!
 
To find them please post about it on hire a freelancer or WTB section you will definitely find some
