Hello ,Its been while.I have been away from BHW and SEO world.I was mainly in programming tools but I want to start my own Profitable Blog/website.So aside from niche , I would like to know what are current or latest SEO strategies that one must remember (I lost touch now ) , be that white or black.Any current Guidelines that still relevant or new seo plans ,anyone can recommend.I would like to do SEO by my own team.

Social Signals
PBNs
And Tired links these days.

earlier you could have ranked the site with only tiered links, No you need social signals and pbns as well.

If you want to focus on only 1 thing, PBNs.
That's what someone I know is doing, and is banking hard.

I don't agree: You don't need social signals. There is absolutely no proof that social signals work. I've ranked sites in the past in the most competitive niches and hardest keywords with 0 social stuff.

It has worked for me ! i always try to play with social signals 2 months atleast before getting offsite done !
I optimize my page for my main keywords, good content for my LSI keywords. and i throw social signals dripfeed everyday a little
works great for me

To be honest, you can't go wrong if you make sure your code if up to scratch and you've optimised your content to be themed around your topic. Build some good quality links and don't ever spam or use bad content. If you don't care if you burn, then spam all the things and palm off your domain in Godaddy Auctions so someone can go "oh wow, good PA and DA metrics!" and buy it without doing research.
