TL:DR - Crazy was scammed into purchasing 100% US friends and even compromised for half his money back, was denied by seller, so he did what any person would have done. He did a charge back dispute on paypal.

I'm with Crazy on this one as well.

It is clearly evident that you promised Crazy 100% USA friends and that is NOT what you delivered to him. Whether he had them for 3 days or not...he is saying they are untouched and that the friends are not 100% USA (which you originally said they were).

I am with Crazy. If you are going to make certain claims about the accounts you are selling, they better be true.
 
:( i said its pure US.. and thy are.. i made thm .. but wht i dont know is he used my accts for 4 days and asking me refund.. :( how is tht possible..

and more over its US friends guys.. i dont know wht he's saying .. its US friends may b 1 r 2 may be.. but its sick to b here.. none supports me.. if i wana scam him y shud i hav to post a thread here and post all the conversation here..??

look u can use those friends for making fans , join the group, can force the friends to join the group/page , suggest to other facebook profile , can use for installion of apps etc etc.. and if the friends on my accts are scammed its useless..
 
Selling services without approval through signature is against BHW Rules.

Further you are claiming that you got scammed and opening the shitlist thread. You should have accept atleast crazy's 50% Refund, now you lost your account and money. Be wise.

1 Month Ban for Breaking the Rules.

I feel sorry with the OP loosing his paypal.
But i don't see crazy cheated you. He proved that the account is not 100% US and he also provide screenshot on account wall.

Crazy is still patience when chatting on you and all he want for you to prove that they are 100% US or even less percent but all you answer is they US friends and you made them so you are sure.

If you only refunded him right away this wouldn't happen.

i will go with crazy for this.
 
150$ for 3600 friends? Crazy are crazy! But i hope you get your money back. Just give back his accounts after you got it back.

Look that took awhile to read.But 100% means all ,that is not what you gave.Now I think the price was high but he paid it so he was due what he demanded.What bothers me the most of your thread id that you edited the log to make you look good.So to me you not only did not deliver what was ordered you lied to us as acting jury.that means all testimony you put forth is suspect making you unbelievable.In a court of law or in this instance you are found guilty by your peers.Please take this as a lesson about the truth.I might have been ok with the idea that getting all US people hard on short notice but when you change the evidence to fake out us bhw members you lost.Now apologize for fibbing and be done with it.

Dinesh you failed to deliver something which you promised so don't cry if dispute opens... Also it's normal that 100 % friends can't be from USA or any other major country but if majority of friends are from other countries then you are wrong here...

Also once you deliver inferior product it's buyer's choice to give you chance of making it to promises... If I would have been buyer I may have rejected it and filed a claim after first check... I would not have tried so hard to make a compromise...

Your biggest problem is you failed to deliver what you promised... So from next time never promise anything which you can't deliver... Also it seems both of you had some communication issue...

Scam doesn't seems intention but failed promises and communication issue seems biggest problem... You both OK so don't put dirt on each other, just treat it as bad project...
 
Thanks for the support guys, it really helps. I made my mistakes in this situation and I tried my hardest to deal with this privately and just have both me and him come to a compromise. But a compromise means both parties are somewhat left unhappy, and I just felt like I was the one being left with all the crap, and the more I investigated the friends, the more I realized how many friends weren't from the U.S. and the more aggravated and cheated I felt.

I just wanted to clarify I haven't received the money back, even though he claims I did.

Frankly, I don't think PP will rule in my favor, but I've already considered it a lose I suppose... just holding out whatever hope I can.

I will definitely hold true to my promise and send him his accounts back if PP rules on my behalf.

Thanks again guys, I know my nick is Crazy but I seriously did feel like I was losing it during this whole situation.

Sucks to break the rules! But you must not!! Learn from your mistakes!! Also sell 100% US Friends!! I hate when people say one thing and do another!! Just pisses me off!! You said PURE US friends so PURE = 93%-100% not 80%
 
Are the mods gonna further investigate this since crazy did not get his refund?
