So I just got a thread removed, as the YouTube video I linked to (100,000+ views) had a “donation link” in the description. (It was the channel’s BTC address)
I didn’t realise that was against the rules. If so, why are Reddit & Wikipedia links allowed? They are both asking for donations. As is Archive.org.
I embedded the video in the post, meaning you wouldn’t ever see the description unless you opened it in a new tab and scrolled down.
So, my question is whether this is actually a rule or just because my post was in the Crypto section and/or posted by me.
