Paypal will apply some new policy to USA paypal account from 29th march. According to this USA paypal holder cant keep balance in the account, They will introduce new cash account. Donnt know yet what is this account.

already been like this for years why accounts get locked.

PayPal payments must be withdrawn to your bank, if you leave cash in PayPal account it gets locked, comes under the laundering fraud law of any country PayPal in.

thousands of business opening online daily so PayPal making sure every country understands that there not around to hide your money Thu them .

basically withdraw your cash and pay your tax.
