Hi, My main paypal account got limited and because it seems that i won't be able to unlock it anytime soon (trying to resolve some complaints but the buyers aren't responding to my messages), I need a new UK stealth account, ideally one that is already verified, established and linked with an Ebay account - i want to start selling again asap and can't affort to wait 21 days for paypal to let me get my money out.. Could anyone plz help me with this?
