New Member = instantly Scammer?

I read a lot of bhw the past days and also read the terms carefully twice to make no mistakes.However what i realised is that a lot of seniors and staff are talking bad about new members
because of the high amount of scam i guess?
However punishing new legit members because of scammers is also not fair and also contra productiv.
I tried to open a skype group for german marketers here where i read the terms twice and its not forbidden.It got deleted with a later explanation by a mod that skype groups are no longer allowed.I asked for the forum rule so i can see it and got no reply.I'm pretty sure there is no such rule since i would have read it.Also what makes me unhappy is the fact that there are tons of skype groups activly open and new one popped up recently started by seniors (jr.Vips) and nobody has an issue with that?

Do i have as a new member other rights on bhw that older members ?If yes where can i read it?
Is bhw run by open accessable rules or hidden?
I also got a warning now because i tried to find a bhw member from germany to which i could talk in my local language.
I guess if you are not a nativ english speaker you know how great it can be speaking about topics in your mother language with people understanding your domestic market.

I really feel like a second class member here who gets limited and punished just because he is a new member and not because he broke any rules you can read .

I opened a thread in the feedback and suggestion forum asking why i can't open the skype group when tons of other skype groups are activly open and if basstrackerboat could point me the section in Terms and Condition or forum rules which broke.
I also asked him why i got a warning for asking if somebody from my home country would like to exchange some experience.

Of course even this is a feedback and suggestion subforum the thread got instantly closed by him
without real feedback .I got a pm from him saying i tried to leech members to a skype group
and that the second thread was to try it in another way in his opinion without any proof and that i'm not allowed to post anything about this topic anymore.


After replying to that PM to please point me to the rules i broke since i still can't find it

First he didn't wrote its forbidden but bhw is not a launching pad for other forums which means he accuse me of running another message board.
But his explanation is funny.He didnt deleted my thread because it was again BHW terms to open such a thread but because ignoring a mod who deleted my initial post.I also guess he doesnt know the meaning gently if he calls his reply there gently

I guess that is the biggest joke right ?Each third thread somebody is asking to skype him because he has some issues ,want to talk or anything and you wanna tell me that i'm not allowed to ask anybody to skype me ?Even so did i gave my skype so anybody could skype me ?

Since i know Basstrackerboat is afraid of having a real conversation and argumentation as he clearly over reacted in my case i'm going to call on monday Damien since i know him personly from older times and talk with him if on his board the forum terms have any meanings and if members own the rights according to the terms or if they need to obey any ridiculous decission by a mod who isnt even able to point which rule he broke.

I'm going to make a screenshot for Damien showing that this thread also got deleted i also already safed the thread from the suggestion board and ask him too what purpose this board has when anything negativ about bhw gets instantly deleted or closed.


P.S last PM Basstrackboat send to me he wrote when asking why i got a warning on a post asking for somebody from germany who wants to exchange some experience

First of all i didnt try to leach just to open a small german group where we could talk in german and exchange experience in domestic market.It makes no sense to talk about domestic markets with foreigners who have no clue about it.Second if you call me a leecher you need to call each and every member who opened a skype group on bhw a leecher EVEN meathead who also opened in the past a skype group.
Third you gave me the warning after the second post which means you gave me a warning after i posted that i'm looking for a german to exchange experience and its also showing in my alerts that i got a warning for that thread.

Am finishing now since its basicly a waste of my time however calling me a leecher and telling me i broke rules without being able to point which ones and even threatening me to not talk about it anymore made me really mad.


I guess basstrackerboat the person who should calm down and take a rest is not me but the guy punishing people for no real reason.

For me case closed i will save that thread and call on monday to Damien and asking him if he really wants me to obey to such actions.

You are confusing bhw to be some form of a democracy? Its just another website man just chill. Rules are general guidelines of acceptable and unacceptable behaviour. Everything else is dependant on the mods, whether they want to allow it or not. I get that you want to speak to people in your own language and its easier to understand stuff in your mother tongue. But this is an English board and a lot of users here, Im sure are worse than you at speaking or understanding English. But they still try. The sticky threads and the TOS don't contain the only rules. In fact, I've listed out several obscure rules that you probably didn't know about it in the thread below.

Before you say anything, the rules are currently being reworked to make them easier to understand and easier to access.

Report them if there's a problem. There are tons of threads we miss (some of which may seem like they're in plain sight, but we navigate the forum differently). More recently, I found numerous freebie threads where members were violating the rules and using that section as a way to circumvent the marketplace. This had been going on for a while, but nobody chose to report it.

Jr. VIPs have to follow the same rules as the regular members here.

Had he not reposted (deftly leaving out the groups aspect) after I deleted the first one and sent him a gentle note there would have been no warning/infraction.

I'm curious to know how you would've disputed that infraction a moderator gave you on Tuesday for selling outside of the marketplace.

But hey, if you think there was some kind of misunderstanding, PM the moderator who gave it to you. Despite what you think, if you have a valid argument, infractions do get reversed.

They do it for our safety, and yes. A new member have a lot to prove.
If you watch the shitlist, there was even a ex moderator that scammed people. So i understand why they take hard actions on new members.

And @Zwielicht is one of the chillest mods arround here.

Nobody wants to see newbies joining on the sole purpose of creating a Skype group to syphon off members to abuse / scam / sell services to.

Thank you ,you are proofing that new members are second class members since its suspicious that a new member opens a skype group for germans.I guess i only wanted to scam germans since they are way more stupid than non germans.However you proofed my claim that new members have not the same rights like older .

I never claimed that.Actually BHW is a board owned by a british company which means its run under commercial law and forum rules is a legal contract between the company and bhw members which both sides have to obey.

Is a newbie somebody who has no experience in IM or maybe somebody who is making low money or just somebody who joined this board freshly?Is a new member automaticly a newbie because all pro's of the world are senior members at bhw ?
Also it would be nice to know why you claim nobody.You know everyones thoughts on this topic ?You instantly accuse me to try to scam german members from bhw ?You think germans are to stupid to detect themself scams ?Maybe i should also limit your possibilities to protect you against possible scams.You are no longer allowed to go out of your home cause nobody wants to see how you get robbed by criminals since the world is full of them.
