NEW member!! Help!

heyyyyy guys!
am AYMENO and am new here
am not sure wut this forum is aboute
but, wut i noticed here is that everybody here is talking aboute money and searching for methods to make money online,
and i like the idea of sharing these methods with people
my only source of making money online is my channel youtube
i don't earn too much money but, it's better than nothing..
last month i earned 10 buckes
but, my problem here is that i can't have my money !,
cause it's said that i must get 3 dollars on my mastercard to link it to paypal
i asked many people for help but, everybody thought that am a thief !
so am searching for someone here's who can lend me this buckes

bhw is a place to earn lota money with variou seo methods
but, this forum is many years old - u can imagine the thousands of new
members who say i need 2$ over last 10 years, we dont like it as we
have to earn our money as well. no offense
