NEW Instagram Feature: Switch Between Accounts

guys, fyi...i wouldnt be nervous if instagram noticed that u logged into 50 accounts on 1 device. If you are a company that runs social media for other brands then why would they ban you? If you manage, post, create content for all 50 companies (just stating an example) then they have no right to ban you. It's your job.

when both IG and FB implement new features, don't believe that it's profitable or useful for you, it's more useful for them.

this is just a way to get more control over what you are doing and I would really stay away from this if your accounts are botting. If you're doing everything manually on many account, there's nothing wrong in using it, but remember that IG is now able to kinda create "connections" between your accounts and monitor each of your account even better now.

This is just my take on this.
 
I just took couple of my accounts from bots and on my phone to test it out. These are not that important to me, if I lose them - will not be the end of the world. But honestly - it is pretty hard to get used to do stuff bot did on its own :D. Kudos to people who grow many accounts manually!

You're way too pessimistic. If you're going against IG's ToS you shouldn't be leaving a footprint, but that's obvious.

This feature is mainly to improve user experience. This is for people who aren't going against ToS but end up having to switch accounts multiple times a day. Also, this encourages people to have more than one account, since you can now easily manage both.
Some people will create a new account (I did), which means Instagram now has "more users" and more content being shared.

They never added features to make it profitable for you, and you shouldn't expect them to.
Twitter has this, Tumblr has this, Facebook has pages. Instagram was behind and they fixed it.

The only reason they ban botters is because they ruin everyone else's experience. User experience is what matters the most for these companies. Without users they can't sell ads.

bro, most users at this forum are violating the TOS and that was my point of view, I'm thinking about this in a "Blackhat" way since we're here to talk about it.

I know this is a great feature and they IG was lacking it. For the average user this is a great addition for sure, it'll blow up Instagrams 400 million users even more and that might also be one reason they added this feature.

If you are managing accounts manually you know how much it sucks logging in and out, this surely is probably the best feature added in the last couple of years.

but if you are botting, think twice about adding all those account to a phone. I'm not using my phone at all on any account I bot, just for my personal. ;-)

Got it. I assumed you were saying it wasn't useful for the regular user, my bad!

Personally, I think IG has made some nice changes in the last year for user experience and that is good for us (the ones going against ToS) since the network and everything related increases in value :)
Also, it's making it additionally hard for any other app to step in and take their throne, increasing IG's longevity.
 
They can easily find out the different accounts under a same owner and ban them all with this, be careful guys

I dont have rooted phone.There are modified instagram apps,found them on XDA android forum,just need to know coding.There is also instwogram and OGInsta+ wich you can find anywhere basicaly.If anyone is interested i can make a topic with links to all the android apps,basicaly you can have 7 instagram accounts runing in the same time(6 apk files+ the official one from google store),it does wonders for fast checking if everything is up and runing.
 
such a nice simple feature.
just dont put more than 3 acccounts in it and you are safe.

Interesting Concept! How do you assign a proxy to each account though?

Have anyone tried to used instagress while using thos feature (turning off instagress before swiching).

Is this feature safe on using follow/unfollow method on 2 accounts?

This feature has saved my life, Managing all my stat accounts is easier now!
 
I am botting, not using proxies, and added all my accounts! Super love this!
 
Is this for the newest updated app only? Because i have to use the older app (2 versions before current) as i manually follow/unfollow because they have made the unfollow button a lot slower in the new updates
 
Does this also mean we can now have 5 accounts under 1 IP address ? How many accounts is safe to use under 1 IP when usining FL or similar bots?
