why you think it influence the someone ??..... but basically i think the 4 grid is crap.
Well the current grid has its own appeal. We live in the world of attention and (assuming) 2 similar pages are paired up against each other, a viewer might pick to view, follow, and engage the cleaner looking site because it has a "feel" to it from its appearence. Shortcut the mind's effort to figure out the page and the user will be happy. <-
How much that actually affects much is up for debate However, there are guides that talk about optimizing the "color/design" of the page you're looking to grow (they have whole sections about it which slightly baffles me on how much they've determined it matters). Now we have this new update that could mess that all up lol.
I won't lie, I bought into it for about 12 posts, then realized its more of a hassle than it is a benefit. So if they roll this 4 grid out, I can do something different.
There are plenty who's pages may be "ruined" by this because they've bought into it with so much blind faith.
It does nothing to anyone besides those that are obsessed with posting 9grid images.
That's honestly what i think (even as I used that setup for about 12 posts). But I'm curious if anyone on BHW actually uses that. I'd honestly be surprised if there were a good number that did used this. And I'm curious to see what they think as well
9 Grid Images were kind of cool
They had their use for sure. As I mention in the first response above, it does have an effect on the end viewer that comes to browse your page and decide if they want to engage with your page (follow, like, comment, dm). However, I wonder how much it matters to a diverse blackhatworld crowd
That's how it works, someone abuses the system, something getting updated, someone bypasses it again.
True. Not good to have all your eggs on one basket. In this case, one miniscule aspect of instagram. I've read people losing their minds over this though to my entertainment
