New Here. Need help with AdSense.

Hello BHW. I signed up a few days back very interested in learning more about SEO. What I have done so far is set up a blogger account. I now have 4 blog entries. When's the best time to send an application to monetize my blog? Are there other qualifications that I would have to take note of?


Also, are there other ways to earn around here? Like, stuff for beginners of course..
