Hey everyone, been lurking BHW for a while before finally making an account.
Background: I build software, most recently a GPS-based attendance/tracking tool for remote and field teams (construction, delivery, distributed staff). Solo-ish builder, still early stage, learning the growth/marketing side as I go since that's never been my strong suit compared to the technical side.
Been reading through threads on organic community growth, cold outreach, and SEO/GEO here and picked up more in a week than months of generic blog posts. Figured it's time to actually participate instead of just lurking.
Happy to share what I've learned on the build/product side if it's useful to anyone, and would genuinely appreciate pointers from people who've actually scaled B2B SaaS distribution here, especially anything that's worked for niche, unsexy B2B tools rather than consumer apps.
