New Google Update Semptember 1st What Does It Targets?

Hey everybody, so as you may know there was some new google update released and now i'm trying to find out what happened and how i trigger it because my site went out of serps with no explanation manual penalty or any other logical reason. Few pbn's were linked to it, also some old site 302 redirect and that's all, some web 2.0 i think were naturally created by people..
Rankings in September:

My and some of my friends sites are at the bottom but still indexed, also some of members here on bhw sites has been hit too..

So main question anybody knows what targets this update?

My site was legit site giving users real working content but it was monetized with cpa. But cpa offers were on other domain also other sites with cpa ranked higher still not hit.. So i don't think it's spam..

One of my sites had this hit, not that badly, however. I do believe it's from spammy links. I bought a few thousand GSA links from fiverr a while back to experiment and although it pushed it up a little at first, it seems to have come right back down now. Not a problem as I've got other avenues in place for longer term link building. Not too sure what Google was specifically addressing in this update, however..?

I don't have any spamy links built on it, just now checked some random chineese anchors but nothing illegal etc.. My friend had only few pbns and web 2.0s but no spam at all.. Usually if it is for spam you got a manual action penalty or whatever but now everything looked fine one day and the other it was at the bottom..

One of my keywords is hit, drop to 36 from #9, but other similar keywords don't.
Do you buy PBN links or build by yourself? I bought PBN，

What is your anchor text ratio?
I avoided having more than 5% of my total backlinks being exact match keywords. I primarily strived for branded or naked and some LSI.
My rankings did the opposite since the update.

I think it is about backlink ratios. I think they were just running and updating that fun.
