Hey all,
I've found a new AI tool released by Google recently and an idea of making money with that came to my mind immediately so wanted to share it here. The tool is in experiment mode, so we can try it out right now. The best thing about being in experiment mode, or beta, is that we're going to be the first people to get in on this and find ways to make money with it.
This is super easy, and the best part is that this is brand new method; I have not seen others talked about it here. So you may want to act fast and take advantage of it. Let's get started.
The whole AI world is moving way too fast and we can't keep up! But I’m going to show you this new thing that you can make money from online. It's absolutely insane, and very good to start making some extra cash. I’ve been playing around with it all day, and it really works well.
Step 1
We’re going to dive into is called https://notebooklm.google/. This is an experiment from Google, and it’s currently in beta mode. The first step is to go to Notebook LM and click on Try Notebook LM. We also want to use ChatGPT. In simple words, what we’re going to do is ask ChatGPT to write us a podcast based on a topic. We can do this in a couple of ways. We can use the standard ChatGPT, or we could use one of the specialized GPT models like “Podcast Script Writer” or “Podcast Pro.” But I’m just going to ask ChatGPT straight up to make me a podcast script.
For example, I’ll ask: “Make me a podcast about making money in real estate.” I’ll let ChatGPT do its thing, and it’s going to write this out for us. The format came out is good. If you don't get a good format at first try, do it for the second or third time. So this is the script we have now. It has segments, closing remarks, calls to action—everything we need. I’m going to copy this script, and we’ll move on to the next step.
Step 2
We’re now heading over to the Notebook LM. You want to make sure you’ve copied your text. Go to Notebook LM, create a new notebook, and paste in the copied text. Then hit "Insert".
Next, we’re going to create a deep-dive conversation between two hosts. It’s going to be in English, and we’re going to click 'Generate". This process takes a few minutes, but you’re going to be amazed by the quality of the conversation it creates. It’s so good that you can barely tell it’s AI unless you really focus.
Once it’s done, we go to the step 3.
Step 3
The podcast is ready! Easy right? ) So, how do we use this to make money? The first step is to download the audio. There are a few ways you can download it.
Now, go to Canva.com and click on "Video", and choose the 1080p format. Create a blank page, and upload your audio. Once it’s uploaded, drag the audio onto the timeline. Make sure the audio extends to match the video length.
Now, we need an image. Go to "Elements", search for a relevant image (e.g., a house for a real estate podcast), and place it in your video. Once you’ve done that, you can export the video. You might ask, “Why just an image?” Well, we don’t care about the video itself—we only need the audio to create content.
You have a ready to use fresh and original video now and guess where it should be uploaded? Yea, YouTube!
Once you have the video, you want to start a YouTube channel based around a specific topic. For example, in this case, it’s real estate. You can call it a podcast or not, but go ahead and upload the content to YouTube. You can use tools like https://vidiq.com/to get more views and optimize your video.
People aren’t watching the video—they’re just listening to it, perhaps while driving and that's the point of this content. So we’re using tools like this and ChatGPT to create content that we can upload to YouTube and make money through ads. Alternatively, you can upload the audio to podcast hosting platforms.
The trick is that we can make this content in less than half an hour. That’s the key here. You can produce hundreds of audio files every week and upload them to these platforms. You can even upload them as audiobooks or other types of content. But to start, I recommend uploading to YouTube. These AI-generated podcasts sound real, and they are based on specific topics you provide via ChatGPT.
