New forum updates make site almost unusable on some browsers

1st big issue is cloudflare taking up 1-2min to load and verify replace with hcaptcha or other better ddos providers.
2nd the disable ads pop up msg keeps popping up even when no ad blockers and native browser ad blocking turned off. Literally makes it impossible to run on most browsers

in fact ive been here 18 yrs and the site for me
has probably been down less than a dozen times

Try logout and see the difficulties to log back in and use the site, especially if your running several tasks in the background as well.

We've not made any recent changes or updates to the forum (we have one coming up in the next few days, though). They are all outlined here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/change-log-behind-the-scenes-at-bhw.1268318/ so it's not something we've pushed our end. That's not to say the raft of browser updates hasn't impacted something. If you raise a ticket with support, they can see what's going on check ray ID's in Cloudflare etc and provide some insight, or escalate as required.
Frequently, with the adblocker's we find it's down to a VPN service adding a particularly cheap one as part of a package. Worth checking there first.
