If you cannot prove that your account is checked, it will be permanently locked. You can use software or tools to get your account back, but it will take a long time.

it seems that account is logged in in many different countries, i think if still can not change use another account to avoid wasting time

If you do not have complete information about your account. I recommend using another account to avoid wasting time.

If Facebook sends the code to gmail, press the green button and receive the gmail code.
 
Clear cache, try a different browser or device, and check Facebook's Help Center for support.
