for every industry , i think your account can easily be restricted if you post too much. But if you have plan detail, post daily and contribute positive content, you won't have to worry too much. Or warm it up 2 weeks before you use it for work for added peace of mind. good luck for u

You should use it slowly, and use a separate IP, so that your account can operate normally.

"For a new Facebook Page, you should build up content for about a week. Aim to post around 5-6 posts to nurture it. After two weeks, you can start running ads with a low budget.

Two weeks is the necessary timeframe for you to build up content and be able to run ads on a new page.

i think around 15-25 days, with interaction and avg. of 1 hr spent time on screen like human interaction

Regarding proxies, make sure to set the targeting to a specific city or ISP to make the IPs behave more naturally. Also, double-check your provider to ensure they’re not using datacenter proxies within their residential pool.

First, you must warm up your accounts, Better to use a 4g proxy or your residential IP. The best practice for this is using a mobile phone instead of using PC.

How to warm up a Facebook account? Simply do the same thing you did when you were using your personal account, Apply it to your dummy accounts.

Let me walk you through to refresh things.

1. Do the scroll tactics, Reading some posts, viewing some videos or sharing, and Giving a like (be sure not to do it fast you are not a bot to do that thing)
2. Add some friends, interact with them, and Get some messenger interactions, Join some groups with which you can also interact.
3. Do this daily and you can get a good account.
4. After 2 weeks or so you can slowly make a page put some profile and cover, make 1 post, and leave it that way. Make a post daily.

Hope this helps

At least 4 days bro, account must be active for more than 48 hours on 1 device, and trust that device

How to effectively check if proxy is not datacenter for sure? Are there any checker websites?

1-2 days. You don't need to wait too long, just post slowly, then increase the number of posts per day.

For accounts I think you should let it warm up for about 2-3 weeks before being active. To avoid the account being disabled when active.

U should spend 1-2 weeks interacting naturally with your friends by posting, joining discussions and sharing content l. However, don’t post too much to avoid being considered spam

Maybe more than 1 to 2 weeks, you can interact with other accounts normally, you should use multiple devices to avoid duplicate IP

Let it warm up for about 3 weeks to be sure. Then go slow and increase gradually to avoid being scanned by facebook as abnormal activity.

After 3-4 weeks, your accounts should be ready for more active participation, including sharing your page posts to groups, with 5-10 posts per day being a reasonable target

You should spend at least 2 weeks engaging naturally, such as making friends, joining discussions and sharing content. Do this slowly to avoid being marked as spam

Spend 3 weeks interacting normally, like what a normal user would do, and then you're set.
