What do you mean you can't add any solution? I've created a new account just recently, but I don't think I've encountered this problem. -Micah

I just created a new fake account and it can not add friends at all

have you tried to verify phone number? If not then it might help

Firstly you must verify your account, using phone number. I think facebook are adding lot of safety features to avoid fake accounts.

it's has many solution you should try.
- use chrome and vpn
- create with random years. 1980 - 1989, 2001 - 2004
- add friends after you create an account (100 - 200 UID friends)
- No Photo

#Note :
- Relogin account, 90% can't add friends.
