I don't scroll down that far any more so I didn't even see it. I have no sales and 0% chargebacks/refunds. Well, that's not right. But pretty good percentages.

Today my stats show 0 for refund for the month... something they must be working on... my refund rates are not high since I got out of forex and MMO

Refund amount is all about the product, if its a bad product the refund rate will be high. try to find a good products to promote.

agree, 17% refund rate is extremely high.
