New at selling websites

I have a question, i'm selling one of my websites and a guy is interested but he said he will pay me after the site and domain is transferred. He was on digitalpoint.com. Should I trust him because I never sold a website before.

Search for "escrow" services on google. It's a 3rd part that will get the transfer running smoothly. Comes with a fee but thats the price of a secure transaction.
