Is there a way to open a new account after having your account suspended? What would you have to do?

Change your pc and payment method and you can create new account

Same ip doesn't matter? Or same billing address? If I used paypal and change my paypal email would that work as a new payment method?

Use an Anti-detect browser + Proxies, preferably residentials and use new billing info including your card and don't use any domains you used on old account.

if you have any extension add remove this extension then try i hope solve this issue
