Is there a way to open a new account after having your account suspended? What would you have to do?

Same ip doesn't matter? Or same billing address? If I used paypal and change my paypal email would that work as a new payment method?

Use an Anti-detect browser + Proxies, preferably residentials and use new billing info including your card and don't use any domains you used on old account.
