Never using Fiverr again

The quality on Fiverr is insanely bad..

I bought:
3000 video views (high retention)
1000 video views (high retention) + 50 likes + 10 comments + social signals
800 social signals

+ 5000 views from someone on BHW.

Somehow I have 14,000 views now. ??

The BHW views are extremely high retention and worked well. The other shit I bought is insanely bad and did not help me rank my video at all.

In fact they were supposed to deliver social signals in 4 days and it's been 5 and no delivery.

Fiverr is low quality. I'd much rather pay more for something that I know will help me.

similar than seoclerks I guess... mostly they are low quality but there are some with good quality. Here there are more quality control so here you will find better services, but in all sites you have to check seller's reputation.

Well, you get what you paid for. But i like Fiverr system, so it is also good to buy there.

It happens everywhere really, you need to test a lot of services to find good one, same happen to BHW BST as well.

In this thread, I mention that I've purchased over $5,000 worth of services this year through Fiverr. I've filtered through plenty of duds. Know what kinds of services were worth the money?

WORTH THE MONEY

-Quick graphic design requests. https://www.fiverr.com/gigblast/design-highly-unique-conceptual-logo does some wonderful work with a two day turnaround time. Gig extras take it to the next level with vectors, PSD's, and enhancement requests.

-Article Rewrites. https://www.fiverr.com/emeraldawnn/humanly-rewrite-1-piece-of-work-up-to-600-words? has delivered content rewrites for me for a while now and always does an amazing job and should be charging way more. I frequently have 2,000+ word articles that need rewrites for originality. I could spend three hours doing it myself, or I could hire her for $20 ($5 per 500 words) and have it done in a couple weeks professionally.

-Data Entry. Data entry assistance is great when you've got a lot of data to go through, no way to automate it, and you happen to not have a virtual assistant on standby for your needs.

-Quick error fixes. https://www.fiverr.com/aaliyaan/customize-wordpress-fix-wp-error-edit-themetemplate-or-css? does a great job of finding issues in Wordpress websites. When you run several hundred websites and 95% of them run on Wordpress, you will get errors from time to time, and won't have the available time in your workload to pore over the code to see where the problem is.

There are plenty more, but I've got a busy day ahead and can't be writing this much. Bottom line: quick graphics, article rewrites, data entry, and quick tasks.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

-Social Signals. I've ordered some in the past, to split test how they perform dollar over dollar compared to more professional avenues. They don't, period. Most are crap. Most have artificially inflated reviews thanks to services available on this very website to do so.

-Backlinks/SEO. In more cases than none, ordering link packages or SEO have done far more harm than good. If you're looking for thrown-together third-world garbage for cheap, go Fiverr. But if you value your time at over $5 per hour, which you should, do them yourself. Don't EVER toss Fiverr links to money sites.

-Article Writing. Actual article writing, not rewriting. I've completely stopped outsourcing article writing. I have ordered maybe a dozen different article writers' gigs from Fiverr this year. Every one has underwhelmed. If you can't do the writing yourself, outsource to someone professional like Kye or Jared here on BHW.

-Media. Thrown together garbage. I fell for the YouTube video introduction with twins gig, and then looked closer and realized that it was the same person, just with a wig. Whatever.

Fiverr is 98% garbage. Just because someone has 10,000+ ratings doesn't mean they provide quality work.

Quality, Quantity, Speed. Pick two.

Fiverr is great but you need to understand what each seller is about - most of the sellers that are offering anything for $5 are looking to spend a couple of minutes work at most on that gig, so you have to understand the quality you get for that - if its views or links or whatever then its going to be an automated system thats been used for every single order they have ever had, if its manual work its going to be very fast and very basic.

You get other sellers on Fiverr that wont really do anything for less than $20/$30+ and they are generally higher quality sellers.

I have had some great experiences on there and some crap ones, its the nature of the beast.

Fiverr itself is a great platform both for buyers and sellers, but it has some sort of gigs which are not worth the money, it takes some time and money to weed out those cheap low quality sellers. I remember myself looking for Perl guy so I sent the same message to 20+ sellers offering what I'm looking for to see what can they offer. It's easy to weed out those "hype" way speaking sellers who can offer "extraordinary" solution in java (I was looking for the perl solution - who cares

) for "only" $180. It took like 24 hours for the 10+ sellers to respond and I found a seller who did the job in 2-3 hours for $5 and guess what ? I was amazed with the quality and support of this guy. The gig does not have to be expensive to be high quality, it can be expensive and worth nothing, expensive but worth alot, but also cheap and worth nothing and cheap and worth alot. So OP, never say "never"

I recently bought a 24-hour delivery gig, and the seller passed 2 days by telling me that he is overloaded with orders and marked the order as "Completed". Anyway, he delivered after 72 hours and posted this (For the lulz) -

Looks like most of the sellers care more for money instead of customer support. Fiverr's customer support is the worst one as well, too unprofessional for a high-end internet-based company. They stopped replying to me several times in the beginning of this year. My money just got "LOST" in their system and they had no way to retrieve it. Lost $25. Money isn't a problem for me anymore so I don't give a damn, but such "Accidents" might greatly damage newbie IM'ers' determination.

OP I'm not sure if you are aware but the YouTube search algorithm changed about a month ago. Videos wont rank like they used to.

Have you checked your videos watch time % in your analytics? It is possible that what you purchased from Fiverr was completely fine, but you're just not seeing results due to the algo change. More more things factor in to ranking a video now than just HR views, likes and social signals

Well. It depends on the seller. Most of the new sellers are just trying to make money and they don't even care about the quality of services they are providing. I'm using fiverr since 2013 and never had any problem with them. I always make sure that seller is professional in his field. Before buying any services I make sure his account is old, good reviews, sometimes I try to figure out if reviews are fake or not.

lol I consider fiverr service= Shity services, 2 months back I have placed an order of link building (forum profile links), I got the report before TAT but those links are useless. so I do think so Fiverr is good place to buy services because , as you can see on BHW people are willing to pay for Fiver reviews and all.
