What the heck did you expect for 5 bucks. Of course they do not deliver top-notch quality.
Many sellers on fiverr are reselling services they buy for 1-2$
However you can get some nice stuff there. For example I had someone to set up an IFTTT link wheel for $10 and I needed a logo once but couldnt think of one, so I ordered four logos for $5 each from different sellers (I basically only needed them for brainstorming)
Fiverr saved me alot of time.
