Really? I've had a good experience and uptime with them. I have one account with them. I'll pay closer attention in these next weeks.
Although the support I received with hostwinds never matched hosts like fastcomet for example. Fastcomet was the only host I stuck with for many years.

Can you please refer me any good hosting, because in 4 days mine will expire and I don't want to transfer to Hostwinds but somewhere else and I'm not sure where should I!!
I used Fastcomet for 3 years now and never had any problem, but the reason I want to change them is that they doubled up the prices and I can't afford those prices. Do you have any option in mind because I'm really stressing out with this thing.

I've used Windows server with them (Hostwinds) recently. Honestly, the support was bad, but the service was ok in terms of quality and uptime.
What bugged me the most is that when I've stopped paying they stopped my service but have continued trying to charge me and put me some liabilites for service that is not active and I am not using. Eventually they've started sending me a couple of emails per day which was very annoying.
Finally I've logged in and closed my account. Then everything stopped.

Hah, well ironically I can really only recommend fastcomet. I have never experienced such a high level of support anywhere. And I used about 20 hosting companies in the pas decade. Quality comes with a price I suppose.
Inmotion hosting has been relatively ok for me, but that was a few years ago.

Agreed we should just give Hostwinds their own sub-forum dedicated to complaints against them at this point.. shit is getting old now, how does one company consistently have so much negative feedback that all sounds similar and still not fix the issues.. amazing.

I didn't face any issue when I used them in the past, if they have gone shit now I'll take back my recommendation
