I'm creating an app like Jarvee.
I'm having issues with user having getting stuck in re verification loops, or needing to log in several times a day.
I've tried the following list of proxy providers:
highproxies
myprivateproxy
instantproxies
luminati
stormproxies
blazingseollc
smartproxy
sslprivateproxy
socialproxies
oxylabs
Everyone of them seems to be giving me trouble.
It's either the login issues, or action bans.
I'm considering using this as a solution, but I'm not sure how I could get enough IPs to facilitate enough proxies for hundreds of people using the service.
Any advice?

You are dealing with two challenges. The IP addresses and the software.
IP Addresses
The cheapest IP addresses I have found are at Co-Location providers. That means you own the server and you park it at their data center.
A /25 block of IP addresses, gives 125 usable IP's, cost $65 a month
Then you need a cheap server. Check EBay - HP ProLiant DL380e G8 SERVER LFF 2x XEON 8 CORE E5-2450L 1.8GHz 32GB RAM NO HDD $320 - 16 cores for $300. Add a 2-3 or 4TB Hitachi Ultrastar Enterprise grade hard drive for $120 or stick an SSD in it so that it flys.
Then CPanel and a Management Company to do everything to it (setup, security hardening, fix it, etc) $60 a month
Then you pay for the co-lo, anywhere from $35 month in Phoenix to $69 a month up north.
About $1.50 per IP and you own the hardware and you have enough power to hand as many domains on it as you want.
Software
You need a proxy server that cannot be seen.
It is called "High Anonymous Elite Proxy with Squid"

HI, how can you be sure that are ''clean'' and fresh a nd not used for spam purposes? Where do you usually check them? Is there any website where to check the liability of the proxy?
can facebook or websites realize themselves that you are using KVM over IP and then recognize you as a unique user which has access to many proxies?

Not sure if you're replying to me but if you are, basically yes, users have the option to use their own proxies but most people won't know how to do that.
So we
want good enough proxies to handle hundreds of accounts.

That sounds like a strong solution, but between the cost and my own knowledge that would be quite a project, which may be good for down the road, but as of right now we just need something that works.

Yes @jeremystile i posted about you.
Basically if that's the case then your solution will most probably not the best idea because this is not an SEO task where you can have a pool of IPs to run scrape or post.
It's Instagram which is senstive to ip/account and if you manage to do that even.
Let's assume you have 5 clients and each wants to run 5k accounts with your builtin ips .
So how you can manage to do that as it will too much complex application with a lot of IPs need resources need also many could be burned by users too.
So how you can overcome with that expense will you charge extra or what?
Can I contact you because of this Tonic (proxy/OVH/additional IPS)?

im a bit of a noob so can someone confirm this for me?
So if i follow this tutorial, i will have a vps with mutiple ips? Does that mean i will have multiple proxies to use for botting?
Does the health of the VPS come into play when IG is flagging proxies as spam?

Yes you will have Proxies to use for whatever u want. Not really sure what you mean with health of the VPS.
