i talked to namecheap support service and they seems to be better for me. As long as you got any hosting somewhere else they don't get upset if you put warez or anything else using their domain name, but the website should be hosted elsewhere.
And about the price it's a good one i think for a year, and if you use coupon codes you get it cheaper.
