if it's a negative seo attack, it's a pretty lousy one.
What you should do is contact the owner of e-patients.net and tell him/her about the situation and ask him/her to remove the links.
You have to consider that if it is not an intentional side wide link from the owner, there might be a bug in his system or he's site has been hacked that is if it was a negative seo attack which I find highly unlikely, since as someone already mentioned in the eyes of big G 100000 links from the same domain is viewed and treated as if it was only 1 link
