The problem in Italy is that if you have lawful contract signed by both parties, is very hard to get money in reasonable time.

If your a good web dev don't waste your time with customers anyway. Do some blackhat and get yourself into the Lead Gen business or find a really good affiliate niche. Customers suck! They bitch and moan and some don't pay.

Focus on getting your other clients happy. You are only getting yourself into new problems by doing this. What if new clients heard about it?

OP: Best strategy is to absorb this one loss, shake it off and look for good clients in the future. Don't waste your time on anything with the word "negative" in it.
