Normally, you should disavow them as soon as they pop up, but this is tedious work, so try disavowing them once a month. Now, the question is: what ratio do those "negative" links represent in your total number of links? Because - if they're not many - you shouldn't bother disavowing them, but if they make up most of your backlinks then they're the culprit for your traffic drop for sure.... At least based on the information I have about your site so far, it could definitely be other reasons as well...

Anyway, check how much those links represent in your total and based on that number either start disavowing them or ignore them!

So if I get approximately per day 5-10 new referring domains 1-2 of them are "negative" and the other ones are toxic (more like spammy or irrelevant). Is it good to update every day disavow file with new links on the top (because I had read on some topic it's not good because Google starting crawling again and again from beginning?)

Personally I'd not put the links on the disavow list daily (I think I'd even forget lol)... Just make a new list each month with the newly acquired (bad) links and call it a campaign!
