Just pay the $200 and avoid dealing with the debt agency. I've also had similar problems to yours with paypal but it was a fake paypal account so I never paid. From reading this thread it seems to me that your using an account with your real info so just pay up the $200 before you end up having to pay even more.

It's not actually real info the adress is fake as well as the phone number.The only real thing was the credit card that WAS attached some time ago

Paypal won't do anything with your credit card, don't worry.

They can't take your money from card obviously. And don't worry they don't care about 200$, maybe they would if it be 200k$

U sud just switch to Ashe Pay. There's an article about them on Payment Week. They have no chargebacks, no fees per transaction, and no freezing. They'll replace PayPal and they should!!!!!

i say if you want the account back just pay the money. its only $200 but if you really dont want to pay of course paypal isnt going to do much for $200.

I was in the same predicament they threatened to give me bad credit score. I know people who are under aged though that just sent in a drivers license proving they are under 18 and PayPal cannot legally hold you responsible. Their accounts were no longer negative.

As you removed your CC ... Now you are safe .... You cant use the same PP again ... In some countries PP wont allow you to create another PP account for those who have negative balance ... Its better to create another PP account on those who you trust ...
