Hey guys, i got a friend who has some negative stuff on google, when you type his name in google the first two pages are news websites with articles about him.
It's anyway he can remove them ?

Thanks.

Ya, something like that, a little felony.

There should be multiple ORM services here. Look in the marketplace and contact all of them and see who can do it for you.

Newspapers can be a pain to outrank with content and such but it is not impossible with the proper strategy. It can take a little time and, of course, a little money or work but certainly it is possible.

ORM ..? Can't find anything about it

I'm going to try to make 10 profiles ( if you can suggest me some good ones that can rank it would be great ) and buy a VPS with softwares to rank them for his name (foreign name, not something like "John,Mat " It's a 3 words name). Do you think this si a good way to do it ?

That is not a bad start... used all the common and well known social media entities. It won't solve the problem but it is a good start to getting there.

You can hire a lawyer to contact the site to get the data or page removed and then ask the site and search engine to either remove the page from index or update it.

But, you know, it's actually a good idea to have bad news of youthful indiscretions about you posted if you want to run for political office. Oh, politics.

Use this list:
http://www.alexa.com/topsites

and make pages with his name on as many sites as you can. You can/should make several per site too.

And an insider tip to out-ranking bad newspaper articles - use a facebook/twitter/disqus account with his exact name and COMMENT like crazy on lots of related news stories. Also make accounts with the major newspapers and keep commenting. Look for related stories in Google News and comment on those too. Rep management is about citations, not backlinks, so getting high quality mentions is not that difficult.

If you're smart, you can push down the bad press in a couple of weeks (unless it was a major scandal, in which case people deserve to know about it :)).

....or you could take them to court successfully like this guy did...
Code:

Just hire an Online Reputation Management company and let the experts do their job. Just google it man.

And tell him not to panic. There's a solution for everything. You just gotta look.

Right on the money. Good suggestion.
