... well as an agency owner, you must start by reading the Terms & Conditions of OF and learn (and understand) all the functions from that site. What you are doing right now is like going to work as a manager in a big hotel but you have no idea where is the bathroom, after a month your model needs the salary and she will have very huge expectations otherwise she is not motivated to continue to work with you.

i understand, i also have a mentor, i paid for his time to teach me and i'm doing outreach to lern more. i'm a hard worker and i want to give the best results. thank u for your honest opinion now i'm goimg to read 5 time that terms

I'm basically in the same boat as you. Paying for a mentor can give you a great head start, but there are so many hallways and corridors to navigate when launching an agency.

There are plenty of posts on here that I have discovered answering a lot of the questions you have.
