Needing Negative SEO Service

I am not trying to negative SEO on the daily, I simply want to give it a test run and see if it works well! Does anyone have any suggestions or any links to threads that offer this type of service? I have tried with other users on seoclerks but they weren't real links when I was given the link review.

You know your messing with people's actual businesses. That you can make some one go bankrupt because you did that.

Dude your a POS, why don't you try running a better business. Not only are you messing with a business, but the families that depend on that business.

And no im not doing this with any local workers just websites with bad service and leaders... keep your morals to yourself guys. LOL this is blackhat WORLD. and so you know most people in local ranks arent even a competition they have maybe a few backlinks but nothing in retrospect to what i have access too.
