I am so much tired on being rejected repeatedly by google. I have tried with many of my blogs with unique content and even have decent traffic...but that seems to be not getting approval...SO any professional to get adsense account for me...i will pay one time payment for that account..pls PM me any interested professional can do that with you quote

You just need to follow the instructions by Google and satisfy their policy rules. That's it.
I was rejected 2 times. But i improved my sites and got accepted 3 times with 3 different websites without any problem.

Here are 3 simple ways to go about it:
1. Create a video on YouTube and post your vidoes, if you have a 3+ videos getting lots of videos you will be invited to partake in their adsense for video partnership which you can also use for adsense site.
2. Create an account with blogger.com, add 3+ unique content and opt for the adsense monetization tab.
3. Create an account with Hubpage, add 3+ unique content and opt for adsense monetization as well.
However, ensure you have not been banned before otherwise you will be repeatedly ban..

Posting YouTube videos as previously mentioned by another member is a great way to receive an invitation to the AdSense program. If you post 3-5 videos on YouTube I would say that you'd have an account within 48-72 hours but make sure you follow the guidelines of the AdSense Terms of Service or you will get banned from AdSense while also losing the earnings that you've accrued.
