What are the best possible ways to get clients outside freelance marketplace?

I am not sure why you are saying spamming, Is this something you meant Personalize promotion in email, skype or telegram?
 
Spam and advertisements on various platforms, Telegram, Discord, or posting on forums.

Since you are not a VIP member here, you should consider offering your services on BHW and similar forums, there are tons of potential customers here

Words of mouth. I know it works for me. I keep getting new clients from my previous clients. BHW is another lead source for me. So you might want to consider upgrading.

Cold calling works best followed up with appointments and meetings.
Rest it's all about your presentation/negotiation skills.
