It is not the shortener that is the issue in all probability. FB follows the link to the end so it is seeing something on your landing page that it dislikes.

maybe because it's a link like adfly etc .. I cloaked it but fb still see it as spam and even twitter tho

If you have already deleted this link problem, you can change the address of the URL and shorten the new ... If you try to publish content that is problematic for Facebook is something else

Cloaking on FB is a bit different than on a lot of other platforms. You need to go a few extra steps to do that. I can't share the process as it is in one of the other private sections of the forum here.
