[NEED YOUR HELP] Acquired Backlinks

Guys,
I think I just ran into a trouble
I purchased a domain for my niche site. The name was available in the registrar so I did not bother checking any history of the domain.
Fast forward I optimized the site and posted 2 contents (although I have blocked the crawler since my site is not ready yet to go live)
and now this:::

Moz detected 120 ref domain and 532 links (426 df) whereas SEMRUSH got this:

Majestic Summary:

I am already feeling sad and bad since I have put so much effort and time.
I don't know if it's a blessing or a curse.
Can someone please advise for my next step??

Not an expert but all I can say to perhaps disavow those links? Anyway sooner or later your site is going to get hit with stuff like that. I have one site which barely has any traffic but gets hit with tonnes of links like that.

My thinking is that if Google doesn't penalize me then probably it's fine.

Personally wouldn't change domain cause it could happen even on your new domain. Competitor sees u, doesn't like u, does a GSA blast of crap links to your site. Nothing you can do but blast them back.

Interested to hear why more experienced members have to say.

I am 100% sure mine is a deleted domain. I got a snapshot from 2013 on archive.org where it shows the site had a blog exactly related to what I am doing right now. Question is, backlinks of a deleted domain plays any role after that domain is reup? Google deindexed that domain, so, probably all it's backlinks are deindexed to??? I am not sure.
That's why asking for expert's opinion.

Almost all the links were acquired back in 2014 and 2015. You get the point.

Hey dude. Again, I am not an expert. But I think the problem you are facing is that you are pissed that crappy links are pointing to your site.

But assume you get a clean domain today and put your two articles in. A few months later, spam links hit your site again. What are you then going to do? Abandon it and restart?

Another question for the experts reading this post. In the OP's situation is it adviseable to counter this by boosting the link profile through purchasing a good PBN package?

what's the best way to mass disavow all the links?

Dont worry too early. Put the website online, see where it will land in the ranking. If is too low (say 100+ for easy keywords) then you can think of disavow or moving to new domain. Before that you are over thinking it.

Moving to a new domain will cost me more money(new contents and stuff), that leaves me with one choice. Disavowing the links. How long should i wait before taking either action after my site is online?

I agree i am overthinking a bit. It's just me want to play safe.

Moving to new domain - means using the website you have already (the content, design and everything) and just changing the logo and internal linking, eventually.

Get the site indexed and leave it for a few months. Let search engines decide if the links are bad or not

I am a bit confused here. If the first website get indexed, so will be its contents. Publishing the same contents in the second website will be considered duplicate, aren't they?

Update: website is up and already indexed few pages and a post but facing a new problem.
