Need WP theme set up and customized for cab business logos etc. -Im broke can we make a deal?

Looking for a hell of a deal here people.. My daughter takes all my money which is why I am adding sites and trying to expand business. I have been using the same guy to set up my themes for a while and he disapeared...

I need something that looks better and functions better than luckytaxicab.com I need the online booking included also.

I don't want to talk to 50 guys with no portfolios asking what my budget is.. please just delete this thread. This is why i used the same guy the last 2 years.
