[need] Where can I buy cheap US traffic

I'm not looking to make any money off of the traffic alone. I need this traffic to mix in with other traffic. It's a funny business for stats and stuff.

I'm actually looking for a way to pay for traffic to be sent to my website. A CPM model would probably be best, or a way to buy in bulk. The traffic doesn't need to convert or anything but I want it to be US based. Thanks for your response, although it didn't really help me out.
