Need websites built for EPN

I am in need of someone who has past experience with creating successful websites that were approved by EPN. I'll be creating multiple EPN accounts so I will need a website for each account. I need these websites to pass the approval process so please only apply if you know what your doing. I'm looking to spend about $20 - $30 per website created. Thanks.

so you are asking for a well designed website and to code it for you, for only 20-30 bucks?
might want to double the price (to about 60+), and then someone might help you.

I have some experience of this but I wouldn't even load up dreamweaver for 30 bucks...

Sorry, I just assumed that you could use wordpress and throw some content on the site. I have phpbay which I believe is used for EPN but am not familiar with the whole website process for EPN approval which is why I'm here. I wasn't expecting a website from ground up.

I create flash websites for $100 pm me for url of the sites, but to try to get a website for $20-$30 is NEVER gonna happen. Good Luck!!!
