Need Website idea - Targeting my Country

Hello everybody, I'm planing to start local based website, i'm thinking about buying script and then translating it on my language, some of my ideas are:

chatroullete, question and answer website, porn website,

For me the best one is chatroullete idea, because there is no such website in my country, anyway i will take more time to think about it..

Is there anybody who had experience with doing something like this?

What do you think, do you have some ideas for me ?

If you're planning to target your website, try using a ccTLD which is a country code specific TLD such as .us or .eu and stuff like that.

Yeah I'm planing to do it..

Just by having the local language you are targetting your home country

Unless its one of the few languages that are used worlwide
