Need Website idea - Targeting my Country

Hello everybody, I'm planing to start local based website, i'm thinking about buying script and then translating it on my language, some of my ideas are:

chatroullete, question and answer website, porn website,

For me the best one is chatroullete idea, because there is no such website in my country, anyway i will take more time to think about it..

Is there anybody who had experience with doing something like this?
